Senior Managers and Certification Regime – Part way between March 2016 and March 2017 – update on implementation to date, approaches taken by firms and discussion of lessons learned and implementation challenges. 

For this session 5 SHCOG member firms will be represented and the session will feature a panel discussion of some of the key implementation challenges firms have faced so far, discussion of the work that remains to meet the March 2017 deadline and key areas of focus for firms caughtby the SMCR regime.  This session should also be of interest to firms who have yet to implement SMCR but who will have to do so in 2018.
